PRIMARY SCHOOL COACHED SESSIONS
These are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for Junior School pupils. They are extremely popular with local schools. Run by two qualified coaches who are British Gymnastics qualified and hold a
current Enhanced CRB, a Child Protection Certificate and First Aid
Certificate, with the assistance of teaching staff. Each session runs for an hour commencing with a warm up followed by an equipment rotation. The qualified coaches coach vault, trampette, rings and trampoline. The children are taught safe ways to use the equipment and then move onto basic moves. Teaching staff use the main floor area for the duration of each class. The British Gymnastics Badge Scheme is followed during these sessions.
