

The Acro and Tumbling squad were back in action at the South East Region 2010 Tumbling National Qualifier. The event, held at the K2 Leisure Centre, Crawley had over 110 gymnasts all vying for either a medal, or the opportunity to represent the South East at the National Finals, to be held at Fenton Manor, Stoke in May
Katy Morris competing in Elite 2 Women's 15+ years, secured both a Gold medal position and a place at National Finals after scoring a personal best of 77.70. Also obtaining a gold medal and a place in National Finals was Ashleigh Heath, who competed category Elite 1 Women's 11/12 years, with a personal best of 75.30. Out of all the gymnasts who competed at the tumbling National Qualifiers, Ashleigh and Katy are the only gymnasts from Kent to be representing the South East Region at the National Finals
Competing for the first time in a tumbling competition, National 1 Women's 11/12 years: Amy-Louise Mumby gained a credible silver medal position, missing out a gold medal and a place at National Finals by only 0.10
Team mate Rachel Laker took bronze medal position. Certificates were given out for 4th, 5th and 6th position. Competing in National 1 Women's 9/10 years: nine year old Lauren Bird came a credible 4th place
Other results: Bethany Gray, competing in National 1 Women's 13+ years, came 8th; and in her last tumbling competition before going to University, competing in National 3 Women's 15+ years Lucy Merritt came 11th
