PARENT & TODDLER SESSIONS
These are held every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9.30 am to 11.30 am and continue during the school holidays.
The facility is open to parents with children under the age of 4 and no pre-booking is necessary.

PRE-SCHOOL COACHED GYMNASTICS
These sessions are for youngsters of pre-school age. The classes are coached in small groups involving hand apparatus, basic gymnastic skills on various equipment and finishing with an action orientated song.
All classes must be pre-booked and youngsters registered with British Gymnastics via the club.
